What’s included with the website setup?
The one-time setup includes a professional website, flyer design, and business card design. Business card files are provided print-ready. The entire setup and launch process is handled for you.
What’s included with monthly maintenance and support?
Monthly support includes website hosting, small website updates (such as swapping photos, updating text, or adding small sections as needed), ongoing maintenance, and continued support if you have questions. It also includes light local marketing help, such as hanging flyers when needed.
Can I contact you with questions or requests?
Yes. Ongoing support means you can reach out with questions or small requests related to your website or marketing. The goal is to make things easy and handled without stress.
Is the monthly support required?
No. Monthly maintenance and support is optional and can be added or canceled at any time. Hosting will be included with the setup cost for 30 days after launching.
How does canceling work?
There are no contracts. If you decide to cancel monthly support, you can do so at any time. Your website will remain yours.
Who owns the website and domain?
You own your domain name and your website. Nothing is locked in or held hostage.
What happens to my website if I cancel?
If monthly support is canceled, your website files will be saved and transferred to you. You are free to manage the site yourself or work with a different web management company if you choose.
Can I switch to another provider later?
Yes. You are never locked in. You can move your website to another provider at any time.
